The Chilean Association of Roads and Transport (ACCT Chile & Chile PIARC National Committee), in conjunction with the National Roads Administration of Chile will host the Second International Bridges Congress (CIPCh); Future challenges: design, construction and maintenance.
This initiative is to create a technical meeting at the national and international level, involving specialists, professionals, academics and students of bridge engineering in its various sectors, as well as inviting discussion on issues of research, and innovation, and Chilean and international projects.
The first congress had delegates from 23 countries participating; more than 13 sponsor companies and about 350 attendees from Europe, Africa, America and Asia.
The next congress will have technical meetings that will be complemented by a technical visit to Chilean bridges and a social programme to Patagonia.
Call for papers
January 15, 2017: Deadline for submission of abstract.
March 20, 2017: Notification of acceptance of abstract.
June 26, 2017: Deadline for submission of full paper.
July 24, 2017: Notification of acceptance of full paper.
